Did anyone else notice all the hidden mickeys when K.D. Lang performed?

They're kinda small on the raised area where she's standing.

Ski jumping on. Love this event. Hey, does anyone here remember the "ABC Wide World of Sports" opening segment when Jim McKay would say "The tragedy of defeat" while they showed a ski jumper that wiped out as he is getting ready to jump? Wow, that was a horrible spill, for sure. Hope we don't see any here in this Olympics!

Watching the women's 7.5km sprint Biathlon. So amazing how they can control their breathing like that.

I'm always amazed at the biathlon athletes, and I have no clue how the moguls skiers don't blow their knees out like EVERY time they go down the hills. It looks so jarring and painful!

Am watching the qualifiers for the 1500m men's short track speedskate. Disappointed at our DQ'd skater, but the story of Celski and his injury - it was awesome to see him advance!

And on the "non-prime" channel (CNBC) Canada is whooping up on the Slovaks in women's hockey. They're up 5-0 just over halfway through the first.

Just started to watch them, currently watching the men's speed skating.

What is interesting is we just bought a new 50" Ultra Thin Plasma TV to replace our 5 year old 42" Plasma TV, and the picture is just so amazing. Our old TV was top of the line in its day, but in just 5 years, the tech has continued to improve so dramatically. It's absolutely beautiful to watch.

I agree! My knees are hurting just watching this event! "Two ice packs please!" These ladies are amazing!
