Xtreme Xventure....??

I'm sitting here reading a book from the library called "Universal Orlando" by Kelly Monaghan. It talks about a show called "Xtreme Xventure" in Toon Lagoon.....how could we have missed this in several trips to USF..??

Has anyone seen this stunt show recently? Was it worth it..the description sounds great in this book for my two boys. Is it only certain times of the year that its done? I'm just lost here..

The Xtreme Xventure stunt show was only shown during busy periods -- Spring Break, summer, and the holidays. It was basically a bunch of kids doing skateboard, BMX bike, and other "extreme" stunts.

I thought...gee my boys would have disowned me had we missed that before. (we always go in October so that could have explained it)

You didn't miss much! We never got around to seeing it last year so made a point to take time for it this past July. It was just a few kids w/bikes and skateboards on stage w/halfpipe. Their tricks were ok, just nothing spectacular. My boys were lucky enough to see the Xgames when they were held in Philadelphia a few years back....maybe that's why this show didn't impress.........plus it was very, very hot w/little air moving while sitting in the stands. There were several cartoon characters that gathered out on the landing in front of the arena before the show......if your kids are smaller, they'd enjoy getting autographs.
