xmas decoratons in a villa?

Really trying to organise everything even down to xmas decorations.
I've been in touch with the villa rental company and they've said that there won't be any seasonal extras in the villa. (i thought we might of been able to request some as we're there all over Christmas and New Year).
We would like to put up a few decorations around the villa but not sure where to buy them from. Will i be able to buy cheap and cheerful decorations (i will leave them in the villa when we return as i proably won't have enough room in our cases for them) from the likes of walmart? and what about small artificial trees???
Another question is because we have'nt planned to do much on christmas morning (we've got a late night on xmas eve and a very early start on boxing day at discovery cove)
will we be able to buy things in the supermarkets in order to make a fairly traditional xmas dinner i.e turkey and trimmings
we thought this would be a nice idea so we don't have to rush out, and the children can spend time opening their presents and hopefully nipping in and out of the pool. We don't normally cook when we're in the villa but we might as well make the most of the facillities on offer

You'll find everything you need at Walmart - mini trees and decorations as well as all of the food you'll need for Xmas dinner.

I think for food you are better off sticking to Publix or Gooding's , the quality and variety is better in my opinion.
Personally I wouldn't shop for food at Walmart.

Hi

I am pretty sure someone delivers food to your villa. I am sure you can arrange this and have it delivered in the morning etc.This could save some time.

We are fingers crossed going to WDW for xmas in 09. That way the boys will be old enough to appreciate xmas over there. We will buy some cheap decorations and a mini tree. I expect we will buy all our christmas food etc on our first day. We have decided we would have christmas dinner on xmas eve and have a character lunch at MK. That way we can get up early and be at the entrance at 8:30 the latest. Come home around 4:00 so we can spend the rest of christmas day together.

We are there for Xmas - our villa owner suggested Target for decorations. I also read that you can order the turkey & trimmings from Publix. Have a grat time

What company home delivers? I heard this mentioned before with villa and time share people. That they order there food before they leave the UK and its delivered when they arrive? I cant remember what company it was?

I have heard of We go shop. Thanks Jules. We might do this when we go for xmas. We tend to like staying on site, but for xmas we want a villa. I think it would be easier.
