Xmas decorations at AKL?

I am thinking about a last minute pre-Xmas surprise trip for the family. I have heard that WL has great decorations but we have stayed there. I want to try a new resort. How are the AKL Xmas decorations?

Unusual in the traditional sense. They are based on an African theme as you may imagine. I quite liked the resort at the holidays. It's certainly well worth the visit, especially if you like diversity and something other than the every day.

every resort is going to have 'their take' on Christmas.

we stayed at the CBR twice during the Christmas season...more pointsettias, more of a tropical Christmas feel.

we visted WL during one of those stays - much different...more 'traditional' (pine trees/fake snow) decorations.

I would LOVE to see AKL's take on Christmas as I love that resort to death! If anyone is staying there - please take/post pictures! Or, if you know where i can see some pictures, that would be great!
