Xmas day: Is US/IOA less crowded than WDW?

Hi, I'm helping a friend plan her last minute trip from 12/21 thru 12/28 to WDW.

They want to spend at least 1 day (maybe 2) in US/IOA. I'm wondering if Xmas day will be a good choice to go to Universal, crowd-wise, compared to WDW parks?

There are millions of people for whom Christmas just isn't Chjristmas unless they spend it at WDW. The place is packed.

Thanks for the replies - - I've convinced them to go to Universal 12/25.

It should be a good time.
We spent our first Christmas Day (2004) as FL residents in Epcot and MK. The parks were empty. Why? Steady, rainy drizzle all day.
So I would also say it depends on the weather. Although the parks are busier now than they were in 2004 also.
