Toys R Us has the crabs and shells in stock. They are also buy 2 get the third free. I haven't been able to locate the playsets though. Reminds me of Zhu Zhu's a few years back.

Just came back from Justice and they had quite a few in stock too. Crabs and shells. The entire store is 40% off so they ended up being cheaper than Toysrus. Hope this helps.
