Groupon had a discount on a 12 month not too long ago. I think we paid $50 or so.

XBL gamer for 10 years, and I use a site called cdkeys.com to get GOLD membership cards at a good discount.

We paid $39.99+ tax and fees for one not too long ago. Total was around $43 through the cdkeys.com site. Hit the search box on a discount side initialed SD to find a promo code, or even a better offer.
