x-mas week?

DW and I are thinking about going to the World on x-mas eve for 5 nights. I know x-mas day is really crowded, but how are the days thereafter? 26th, 27th and 28th? Are they extremely crowded as well? Is it worth going just for the atmosphere?

From a crowd standpoint, the week between Christmas Day and New Year's Day is the most crowded week of the year at WDW.

From an atmosphere standpoint ... many people love it, others can't enjoy the decorations and atmosphere because of the crowds. Pre-Christmas is much better if you can manage it. The decorations and shows are there, but the crowds are not.
