X-Factor !!!!

I think the twins and Kandy Rain will be in the bottom two. I was also very shocked with what Danni said, and Danyl really looked shocked and hurt too. I didn't really understand what they were saying about him being overly confident, I thought his performance was fab, and not overly confident at all .

I think they are all (except Simon obviously) trying to knock him down because he is clearly the best and the strongest competition against their own acts. I didn't think he was over confident at all - he delivered an amazing performance. They were all just tactical comments from the other judges - trying to knock his confidence. Dannii in particular should be ashamed of herself for what she said - it was totally unnecessary to bring up his sexuality at that moment, which has absolutely nothing to do with his singing at all anyway, and like anyone cares !

Danyl was fab, and not full of himself, he just delivered a confident performance,it's clear he adores singing and isn't that what it's all about? good for him.

I really do hope John and Edward go tonight they are really bad. There is a part of me however, who feels quite sorry for them, its Louis fault that they are in this situation, what the hell was he thinking of, they have been ridiculed by the press all week, and at the end of the day however obnoxious they may appear they are just two young boys..

Louis should feel ashamed of himself for dragging the ordeal out.

I've just caught up with last nights show, there was definitely ups and downs throughout the night!

I really enjoyed Joe's performance, thought he was brilliant. I also thought that Rachel sang well too.

I was a little disappointed with Danni's comment towards Danyl, even though I'm not a fan of him. I thought it was quite low of her to mention anything along those lines, what does it matter? Will Young, Elton John and Stephen Gately (RIP) are all gay and I'm not aware of anyone having a problem with these stars sexuality, so what difference does it make if Danyl is??

In my opinion, the other judges were correct in saying that he was over confident. I've always thought this from his first audition. I understand many like him, but he's just not my cup of tea, so hopefully no flames from anyone against me!

I do wonder what they'll do with tonight's live performance and if Louis will be okay to be there after the death of Stephen Gately, I hope they do give a small tribute to him, but not show too much impact on the show. Cannot wait for Robbie's performance and I love Alex's new tune, so I'm looking forward to seeing her too! :goodvibes

Exactly right!

I'm sure that there will be some kind of Stephen Gately tribute in the show tonight, but I doubt that they will let it impact the show hugely.

I wouldn't be surprised if Louis wasn't on the show tonight....he was very close to Stephen and I think it would be totally understandable if he wasn't.

The day after Danyl's audition was shown back in the summer there was a 2 page interview with him in one of the tabloids where he was talking very openly about being bi so she's hardly "outed" him as some of today's papers are suggesting. What she said wasn't anti-gay and certainly not as offensive as what Anton the jerk said to his dance partner on Strictly.

Well she did in my house, i never read the tabloids and had no idea till she felt the need to comment on the matter :headache:

they have just said on the news that Louis isn't going to be on the Xfactor tonight. Understandably I think.

Poor Louis, i can understand that he won't be on XFactor tonight but what will now happen if the sing off is one of his acts..can he vote to save them?

I didn't think Louis would be there tonight....the rest of Boyzone have flown out to Majorca to support Stephen's husband Andrew so it makes sense he has gone to be with them too.

Ooooo this opening is certainly different! Quite like it! :)

Nice to see that they gave Stephen and his family and friends a mention...but as Simon said, the show must go on!

I wasnt keen on the opening, but Alexandra rocked out....really like her song.

Apologies from Danni! Good cover up from Simon....

It's Robbie time!!!!! :yay: :yay:

Argh...I  and adore Robbie Williams!

That said, I DIDN'T like the new song when I first heard it, but it has now grown on me and I sat there and sang it! Then again, he could sing a nursery rhyme and I'd still love it! :rotfl:

Cannot wait for his next album and tour - you could say I'm a tad excited right at this moment! :cloud9:
