I hope Shayne doesn't win ~ He is a good singer but he just doesn't have the X-Factor for me.

I feel the same Florence, dont know what it is, Im just not keen on him at all.

Nooooo Brenda was fantastic! I cant believe she went, Andy or Shayne should have gone, they are both dull!

I think Brenda was probably the best singer from a pure technical point of view, but I don't think she has that much commercial appeal.
The musical style that suits Brenda has probably got quite a small market compared to Shayne; who appeals to a far more diverse market and can turn his hand to a number of styles.

Andy is similar, his voice suits a certain style of song, (the Nat King Cole type songs). It's obvious that when he tries to sing another style he really struggles. I'll take bets on him singing 'White Christmas' in the final LOL.

Journey South are good, especially there 'Let It Be' last night. I think that was one of their best performancies so far. Not sure after getting a few hits with well known covers they would actually last the test of time in the charts though.

So I think Shayne will win on the day, purely because he probably appeals to a wider audience than the other two acts.

I think Shayne will win, or possibly Journey South, seems Andy has lost some of his popularity in the last few weeks, I think he's too limited to one type of song, Steve from last year was a "crooner" and it didn't do him much good after the final! I don't really care who wins, none of them have the X Factor for me but I think Journey South seem nice and down-to-earth.
