I'm in need of a 3-bedroom unit with 2 baths in October.

I haven't stayed at either resort you mentioned, but I have stayed at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. It has some 3 bedroom units and is in an excellent location "inside the gates" of Disney. Good luck with your planning!
