Wyndham Grand Shuttle to parks - anyone used?

We are staying at the Wyndham Grand Hotel 12/18-12/22. Has anyone here stayed there and used their shuttle service to the parks? Does it make other stops, any problems you've had, any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
