WWYD with GAD tickets-already have free dining BB from last year

I booked the free dining bounceback last year for 8 nights with the 9 days worth of park tickets (with water park option-no park hopper). Should I keep this package and use the GAD tickets for fastpasses and/or pins

Change my package to 1 night's worth of tickets and upgrade my GAD passes when we get there to a 9 day water park and more? The cost is almost exactly the same (within a $1) BUT I would then have 4 one day tickets still on my package that would never expire. Say I decide not to use them for a couple of years-could I take them and upgrade them to a 4 or 5 day pass someday or do they have to be used as one day tickets?

The one day passes from the free dining bounceback do not expire until you use them, while the GAD vouchers have to be used by December 15 of this year. If you anticipate another Disney trip (which you probably do since you booked a BB), I'd change the package to one day tickets and save them for another trip. Of course, if you book another free dining BB, you'll have tickets from that package. But your package tickets won't expire, and you might eventually go at another time when you don't have to buy tickets with a package.

You can upgrade the one-day tickets to whatever you want at any time. You will receive credit for the one-day ticket.

If you were going at a busy time, the FPs are a great perk. We are going in July and already have tickets - I'm looking forward to the FPs for our day at MK. But if I didn't have tickets and I were going in late August or in September for free dining, I'd use the vouchers for park admission.

Thanks-that's what I kind of thought too. I figured that the vouchers for the 4 of us were worth $320. I didn't want to "waste" it on fastpasses since we really never wait in long lines anyway during free dining.
