Given that you have a dinner ADR for BOG (the better one given the Beast's attendance)........I'd do the Welcome show. Its so much fun.............here take a look:

I'm surprised how many said welcome show. Got to admit - I do love that, though we don't get to see it often. However...prepark I really, really love. Especially if you take pictures, etc. Breakfast can actually be done pretty quickly, I would say 30-40 mins so you would have plenty of time to really stop and smell the roses. Either way it will be great

I love the welcome show. I have to see it at least once every trip. I've had breakfast at BoG. It's ok. The welcome show just IS Disney!

We did BOG on a one day trip to the MK in June. On our trip 2 weeks ago, our kids requested to drop BOG and see the Welcome Show instead.
