WWYD fastpass + emh mine train

We're going to MK on an EMH morning in a couple of weeks. I just got a fastpass for the new ride...Mine Train...but it's not until about 8:30 at night. Should I switch it back to another ride earlier in the day? I'm concerned that we'll only have these 3 fastpasses all day if we do this evening one. Can you still get a 4th pass once you've used up the original 3?

We'll get there for EMH. Hoping to ride BTMR a few times and anything else before it gets busy. Our other fastpasses are for mid morning. We'll go back to the resort for the afternoon and then the Plaza for dinner, ride a few more rides, and then watch Wishes.

Should we keep the mine train fast pass or just go there first thing in the morning?

Also...thinking about our AK, Epcot day... do you have to actually USE the 3 fastpasses in order to get a 4th? What if you just let the time expire on one?

1. That depends on your plans for the rest of the day.

3. Yes. (Even if you just let any or all the other 3 expire.)

4. BTMRR is not open for AM EMH.
Only the attractions in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland are open for AM EMH.

5. You can certainly head to the 7DMT (Mine Train) first, if you like.
(When are you planning to ride Peter Pan?)

6. You can just let any or all the other 3 expire.

After you use the 4th FP+, you can get a 5th. Then, a 6th, Etc.

personally I would head towards mine train first thing during EMH and ride it - then switch your FP to something else earlier in the day. If you can't get on mine train early (if it isn't working, crowds are too nuts or whatever) at least you have the FP for later.

Thanks Robo and Good Morning Dewdrop! This helps a lot. I think I'll keep it and just change it if we get on it during EMH. Good to know that we can let something expire and still get a 4th, 5th etc.

To get the 4th and subsequent FPs, can you do that from the phone app or do you have to go to a kiosk? If you have to go to a Kiosk...where are they in Epcot and MK?

To get the 4th and subsequent FPs,

1. can you do that from the phone app

2. or do you have to go to a kiosk?

If you have to go to a Kiosk…

3. where are they in Epcot and MK?

1. Nope.

2. Yes. Same goes for each additional FP+ (5th, 6th, etc.)
Once you BOOK the extra FP+ at a kiosk, you can ALTER it via the phone app or site.
That includes changing the time and/or attraction.

3. They have a way of changing. Check the park maps those days.
