WWOS to Hoop De Doo at Ft Wilderness - Can you do it in 30 minutes?

We originally thought my daughter's cheer team was going to perform on a Sunday this month (World Championships 4/23-25) but we just found out that they are most likely going on Saturday. Unfortunately, we have also have team reservation at the Hoop De Doo Review.

Experts out there: Our performance time block is 3:10 - 3:30 at the Wide World of Sports Field House. Our reservation at Hoop De Doo is at 4pm. Is it even possible to get about 25 people to Ft Wilderness in less than 30 minutes? Would having a bunch of Ubers waiting the best way to do it? This late it will be hard to change our Hoop De Doo reservation to later.

I agree it would be nearly impossible to make it. I think your chances are slim for the next show, but you could probably book the later show at 8:30 PM if it's not too late for your group.

Zero chance. Even with a fleet of Ubers waiting with the engines running and doors side open, they can only get you to the FW entrance. From there you need to wait for the internal bus to get you to the Settlement, where Pioneer Hall is. If you can't get either of the later shows, you'll just have to bag the whole idea for that day.

no way because even with Uber/taxi you would need to take a bus thru campground. no car unloading at that end of campground. only way it might work is if and it is a big if Disney would get you a Disney bus and allow it to let you off at that bus stop there instead of front of campground

Hoop is one of THE most isolated of all WDW popular destinations.

Agree with all the posters above. There is no way you could get to FW, catch the internal bus and make it to HDDR on time. Sometimes it is a 30 minute wait just to catch the internal bus.
