WW Weekly Weigh-in

I'd like to add myself to this thread, please. :)

Start Weight: 204.0
Current Weight: 203.5

Change: -0.5
 
My weigh in was Sunday (yes, a Sunday morning meeting), down 2.2 lbs this week. Total loss so far, 43.8
 
remember me? i guess i took a leave of absence -- i didn't mean to but i did

i'm home from vacation and determined to lose 10 lbs by Sept 30, or whatever to take me to 135. i'll officially WI tomorrow morning and report in
 

Thanks for posting and bumping this up, since I forgot to post yesterday's WI. :blush:

I was up 1/2 lb, no worries tho - maintenance tends to do this now and then. I better change my siggie tho. :rolleyes:

I've also been MIA for a bit.

I weighed in last night and lost .4. Not bad considering I always take two steps forward, then one step back. This was two down weeks in a row for me. I have only 11 lbs. left to goal and am at the lowest I have been since 1999 when I got married!

I am going to try to kick things up a notch by going down to 20 pts. daily a little but early. My endocrinologist told me last year he thought WW gave you too many pts. per day, in order to keep you going & paying. I always stuck by WW guidelines though. So, now I am going to try going with less - and eating more 0 pt. veggies to compensate (not a big veggie person).
 
i did wi today and my ticker is correct -- 10 lbs to go! i was hard to see that number but i knew i was stuffing way more into my jean shorts than was comfy

At least my cheating with all the stress with my FIL didn't do any damage.

Joined WW mid week last week and was down .6 by Sunday (9 AM WI and Meeting). I am using Flex as I find it really easy to track what I eat if I have to write it down. I will start my walking once this little heat wave we are having in NY stops. I post again Sunday.

I had kind of a bad week as far as sticking to the flex points; lots of late-night cheating. But I was still down 0.6!

I was really bad this weekend and up 4.0 lbs today :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

This is my last week before my final "Lifetime WI". Next week I have to be down that 4.0 to make LT (I am currently 6.0 above goal :sad2: ) But I know at least half of it is water from major pigging out yesterday.

So I am beginning to strategize. I will shop for an outfit made out of tissue paper. Shave my head. Clip my toe nails. Ditch my glasses. Any other suggestions that doesn't require actually losing fat? Maybe I should spit a few times before stepping on the scale :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I sure hope I can pull this off. Our WW at Work session ends the week after next so I don't want to have to pay another cent!!!!!!

I am such a WW drama queen :p

Sunny - If anyone can do it, you can. Don't wear underwear or socks when you weigh in (that's gotta be about .5 there) I think shaving the head is a good idea ;) Just suck down that water and I bet you'll be fine.

As for me, I will be weighing in on Wednesday mornings now since as of today, I'm a working woman again :goodvibes I start a full-time job at my DD's school, so I'll have to rearrange my schedule for the gym and WW.
