I think this is the best reminder that I not only NEED to exercise I HAVE to if I want to lose weight. A loss is a loss so I'm happy. This week is going to be crazy including a 5 day vacation so my next weigh in won't be until 2-20 and hopefully I can get rid of whatever I might gain in the next week. When I get back tops on my list is getting to the gym!

Onward and downward.... How is everyone going to handle Valentine's day? DH and I are going to a dinner at our church (I think those WPA will come in handy) and have decided to buy fruit and melt some chocolate and share chocolate covered fruit with the kids that day.
