Thanks for the continued encouragement. I have been doing WW for almost 5 weeks and haven't lost anything yet. I weigh in tomorrow.
I bought my WW "kit" on e-bay. I have all the info to do the program. I also have a freind that does go to meetings and can get me more diaries, etc..
I just keep track of points in my diary along with my weight.
I get 22 points per day. I try to use all my points most of the time. Sometimes, I leave 1 or 2. I try not to use my flex points, but have gotten into them for special occasions, but then tried to make up for that by eating 2 fewer points per day for a few days. I don't use my activity points. It just seems like a lot of food. The last time I was actually able to lose, I was only taking in about 1000 calories per day. Nothing else seems to work.
I have had ny thyroid tested a couple of times and it always comes back normal. Last year I had a b unch of blood work done for constant fatigue, just to have it all come back normal.
Wish me luck tomorrow!
