Thanks fofinia. I did use 32 of the flex points last week, but I think for me it was just being honest with myself and writing everything down. Every little bite or taste of any snack, and measuring everything again, like having a bowl of cereal and taking the full 5 points instead of guestimating and only taking 3 which is what I'd been doing. I think it helped not to use my activity points.
I've been analyzing my ww history, and in the past, I'd join, lose some weight, and the stop going, and gain it back. In the past 7 months, I'd only really lost about 6 pounds, but I figure those 6 months were the months I would normally have stopped going to ww, and would have been gaining weight, but I was half heartedly doing it. So I'm hoping now I am refreshed and will be able to stick with it. The nice weather definitely helps. Wasn't today absolutely gorgeous?
I've never not used most of my 35 points, even back when I first started. I need them to get through the week. If you can do it, it's worth a try. You may just be on one of those plateaus, and time and perserverance will definitely get you through it. Good luck this week.

Tiggerlover- Thanks to you too for your never ending support. I too look at this as a lifestyle, but do envision my self as a life time meeting attendee in order to hopefully make goal, and maintain that loss. Some day it would be nice not to have to pay.
