My first weigh-in is on Wednesday am... sortta uneasy about it. I have no idea if Ive even lost on ounce!
Living off of the 20 points is tough. Not alot of wiggle room for the pionts. I dont want to use the extras because I have to go to Las Vegas this weekend... and I expect to use them there.Not that I want to use them, but expect to use them.
Any help/ advice?

I was surprised because I was very bad on Saturday night, although I was working frantically to be good until today. That makes a total of 13.6 pounds lost.

I had been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks, and they kept telling me to be patient. I don't have much to lose, so they said sometimes the body "plataus" because it is trying to adjust to the new weight and there is usually a drop a few weeks later if you keep following the program! So, if you are stuck, DON'T GIVE UP!!! Hang in there. I can speak from experience!! It is so worth it!!!
In total I am aiming to lose 20 pounds to get back to the weight I was a few years ago.So far I really like WW I find it easy I only get 19 points which so far has been ok.I have used 2 flex points yesterday as I got MCD"S hehe for lunch and was 2 points shy for my dinner.Other then that I try not to use them If my points are all gone I eat air popped pop corn which a few cups with nothing on it is 0 points!Anyway hope it's ok that I join in I could use the support
Could you still be holding fluid from all the salt? Are you going to stick to the maintenance points or go back to what you were eating and losing at before? Good luck!
