I lost the 2.2 I gained last week, so I'm happy. Congrats to all you losers.

that's an awesome loss for one week, mikamah! Becca, tiggerlover IS right, sometimes a gain can really motivate you to lose the next week like mikamah did!

Down 1 this week. I'm a little disappointed because I am working the program but still happy that it's a loss. I got a pedometer yesterday and I'm already over 12,000 steps!

Just got back from my weigh in......I'm down another 2.8 pounds!!! It was a rough week though. Lots of food around the office, cookies, bagels, dips, pizza, and candy. I was able to resist most of everything. I did have some pizza though. I am only so strong you know. But with working out and everything I was able to lose. I'm looking forward to another loss next week.

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts. I think this week has been better, but the scale will tell the tale on Monday. DH and I are eating out with friends tonight at a steakhouse, so I have hoarded my points allowance all week! But I figure that if I choose wisely, stay away from the rolls and get lots of veggies, I should be OK.

I have to tell you something though. I volunteer at the community theater here. Usually there are tons of candy and cookies and cheese and chips backstage for the cast and crew. I mentioned to the stage manager that I was doing WW and last night, she had cut up carrots and celery with different flavors of hummus, salsa and dressing. I love these people so much - they are the greatest!!!
 
Yowzer Stacerita.....2.8 pounds is phenomenal!!!!!! Keep up what you are doing as you are doing something that is certainly working well for you!!

ktnlxismom, isn't it great when people help us along the way? That was so nice of her to provide healthier food for you. I have a co-worker who has done that for me, when she brought treats for the office she brought a whole box of WW ice creams for me. Sure makes a difference in our efforts and helps us not feel excluded. Good luck at weigh in.

Work was crazy today and someone brought in some delicious cookies, so I've used 15 fps on them today. :guilty: They better be gone tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

I forgot to write last week. I dropped a pound last week and this week. Down to 141!! A total of 29 lbs! :Pinkbounc I also *had* to buy some clothes today. I've been swimming in all my old stuff. I actually bought a size 8 pants!!! I haven't been a size 8 since before I got pregnant 8 years ago. Yay me!!! :banana:

And way to go with everyone's losses! Feels great, huh? :thumbsup2

Congratulations on another pound gone! 29 pounds is an impressive loss, keep up the great work and enjoy those size 8's!
 
OK, I'm definitely going in the wrong direction here. Last night I was up another pound. :guilty:

OK, here is my plan. I'm going to up my exercise, make sure to get ALL my water in, and record EVERY LAST MORSEL that goes into my mouth! Am I missing anything?

Hang in there, ktnlxismom. It sounds like you've got a good plan to get back on track. Journaling is so important. I try to write everything down even when I'm being bad. Accountability is key. I hope you have a great week.
 
ktnlxismom, hang in there, I had a gain this week too, so you are not alone. Mine is hormonal, which my WW leader said can effect your weight from 1-8 pounds during the month. I stayed on track all week so water weight is the only explanation for me. Sounds like you have a plan, stick to it and hopefully next weigh in will be better.
 
Down 2.6 at today's weigh-in. 20+ pounds gone since I started this journey in September. My leader forgets to give me my stars and I feel funny asking for them, but I want my stars!

I'm going to Cracker Barrel tomorrow for lunch, a birthday party on Sunday and turkey day on Thursday. This is going to be a tough week for me!
 
Down .4 this week. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm hoping I have broken a barrier. I'm lower than I've been since I started this. For the past 8 weeks or so I've been up and down with the same 2 pounds, so I'm hoping not to do that anymore. I"m on track today and planning to stay there.

Kathinowa-Awesome loss!!!!!!!! 20+ pounds in 3 months is awesome. You deserve those stars. :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: Bananas will have to do here. I couldn't find dancing stars.

Ktnlxismom- Hang in there. Those little gains will turn to losses if you stick with it. You can do it!!!! :cool1:

Tiggerlover- Aren't our bodies amazing. I can't believe you can gain up to 8 pounds of fluid a month. That would send me off the deep end if I gained that much. You should have a great loss next week, knowing you were on track all week. Good luck.

Congrats to everyones weight lose. I didn't have a good week. I was hungury all the time. Then this morning I was with my dh and I thought I would just run in and weigh so he didn't have to wait. I got there 10 minutes to soon so we went and ate first. I drank lots of coffe and had french toast. I weighed in after breakfast and I was wearing heavy jeans. I went to weigh after breakfast and was up 1.4 lbs. Oh well, I'll take it off! This week coming up is going to be tough. Everyone, hang in there!
 
I had weigh in this morning and I'm down another 1.8 pounds!! :cheer2: Thats a total of 16.2 so far. But it was a hard week. And this next week doesn't look easy either. Good luck everyone!

I weighed a day early as I have holiday plans, lost 2.2 this week, but that is after last weeks disasterous gain of 3.2, so I am still a pound in the hole. Total loss is 13 pounds to date...no time to change the siggie, will take care of that after the holiday. This time of year is always hard for me and my long-term goal (until January 7th) is to lose that pound that I am in hole and weigh the same on 1/7/07.

Keep strong during the holidays and make smart choices while still getting some good eats. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
 
Congrats Tiggerlover on the loss. Great job staying on track and losing right after a gain. It can snowball so easily. Like you, at our WW meeting today we all made a pact to weigh the same or less than we did today on jan 9th. Maintaining through the holidays is so much more attainable than losing. Our leader ended the meeting with EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!

I'm down 1 pound this week. I"m feeling very motivated. I'm going to try to lose .6 by next monday and then I can get my 15 pound Disboard clippie before I go to WDW. I weighed in at 194.8, so I'm feeling a little more confident that I won't ever go over 200 again. (If I can stay in control throught the holidays and vacation, which I think I can.)
