FANTASTIC!!!! :cool1: You should feel so wonderful about your success to date!!! Keep up the great work and you will be under 200 in no time.

Thanks I sure hope so. But after 2 weeks of big losses I don't think I will have as big of a lose on Thur this week.

Weighed in tonight (after missing a week and missing my motivation) and I was actually down -.2  Total loss of 5.6

Any loss is a good loss, especially after missing a week and losing your motivation. Congratulations on your total loss to date.

My motivation comes from attending WW meetings, friends and WISH --- without them losing weight would be a lot harder. Losing weight is hard, but you can do it!!! Hang in there, read some of the success stories here on WISH, let us know how we can help you and I am sure there will be a ton of people on WISH that are ready, willing and able to help in some way.

Just remember that any loss is a good loss, sure the big ones are great, but they aren't the norm. The hardest thing for me this go round with WW is the smaller losses. The first time around I was over 200#, my first week on WW I lost 7#, imagine my horror this time around below 200#, closer to goal and only losing 1#. It took some consoling from my buddies to realize that it is different this time and I may not see those big losses. After 4 weeks on program I am not seeing them, so any loss is something, it is that much less of me. Hang in there, good luck on Thursday and remember to celebrate your success to date.:)

Even staying the same is an accomplishment! Losing weight is hard business!! My daughter and I are back on track and determined to do this. We had to switch nights to accomodate her schedule- but we need a meeting we can attend, not just weigh and go.

Next week I hope to post a bigger loss! :thumbsup2

 Try to stay focused and do the best that you can do, try not to stress the best you can. Try to stay away from salt and drink lots of water, it makes such a big difference at weigh in.

Thanks for the encouragement!

I was a bit off plan again this week. You'd think it being my final week of maintainence to get Lifetime would be a motivator, but no. I did however get back to my walking/running training for the Disneyland half marathon next month, so that probably helped.

So, I made Lifetime last night!
I don't have to pay Weight Watchers anymore!

:cheer2: :cheer2: CONGRATULATIONS KRISTI :cheer2: :cheer2:

You should be sooooo proud!!!!! What an accomplishment, and great that you're done paying also!

It's funny how when you really have something to motivate you, sometimes you just can't stay on track. I was away last week and weighed in before I left, but was totally out of control. When I came back I intended to stay on track to lose what I know I gained, but just haven't been on track. I weighed at work gained 4 pounds according to that scale, and if it is the same at ww tomorrow, I will go back over 200# :furious: Great motivator to stay on track, but didn't work. I'm going to stay on track today, and hope for a 2.9 or less gain to keep me in in the One's.

Keep up the good work everyone. :thumbsup2

Thanks, Kathy!

I do think every once in awhile (like once every 6-12 months), I need a "screw it" week. I usually don't go too crazy, then the next week it's out of my system and I am really good.

I forgot to post earlier about the weigh in. Last week I was up a crazy 4.4 - unheard of for me in almost 2 years of WW. Well, this week I was back down 4.6! How crazy is that?! Something weird was definately going on with my body. That kind of gain and/or loss has never happened to me before. :confused3

Weigh to go, Lori! Onward and downward, we can do this!!! :sunny:

WI today- up 3.0 to 200.0 :furious: I knew it was going to be bad, but I would have felt better if I wasn't just .1 away from staying under 200. I'm going to stay on program and lose it next week!!!! I can do it. :cheer2: I also have a wedding to go to in 6 weeks to help motivate me. It's good the summer is almost over, and I don't have any more camping trips. I had a hard time getting back on track after my vacation last week.
Keep up the great work everyone. :thumbsup2

Not a good week for me either. Up 2 lbs. So it's a start over week for me.

I joined this week (last Monday) online only. I chose Friday for my WI day and yesterday I was down 4.5lbs! I know that's not the way it's always going to be but still, it felt good.

My first week back OP and I had a loss of 3.5 pounds so I am happy with that! :)

Congratulations Becka and Quinn222, what great first weeks for you both!!!! Great first weeks are terrific motivators, keep up the great work.

mikamah and PigletsPal, gaining weeks are always hard, but don't let a gain sabotage your efforts. Take this gain as a motivator to do better next week. We all are going to have weeks that we aren't as good as we should be, the important thing is to forgive yourself a bad week and start a new day tomorrow.

I have been completely out of control all day. I need to weigh in tomorrow, and start fresh. I'm prepared for another gain, but will not be upset, but will use it as inspiration to get and stay on track. I'm going to take a nice long walk in the morning before my meeting, and hope for the best.

Congrats to Becka and Quinn222 on those great losses! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the support Tiggerlover. It really helps.

Have a great week everyone.

:thumbsup2 That's right! And, this can be done from one meal to the next or, one day to the next. I know, I've done them both. ;)

Best WISHes to you and everyone (including ME :scared: ) on WI this week! :cheer2:

I don't weigh in until Wednesday but I just want to say how much I appreciate all of the positive reinforcement that I get from this board and this thread in particular! I lost my motivation a couple of weeks ago and I'm proud to say that I have found it (it was hiding amongst my winter jackets in the closet :thumbsup2 ) My weight loss is a work in progress but I know that I can succeed this time!
