Question for you guys - I do a WW at Work program and there's one member who just must talk about WW every time she sees me. Doesn't matter if I'm with a client, or vendor, or co-workers. She stops to ask me what I ate, what I've lost, how many dress sizes I've gone down, if I've bought new clothes. She even followed me in the bathroom to ask how much water I drink a day. How do I get her to stop? I've tried to be polite, but she doesn't seem to get it. I also don't want to be rude, as we're on a working team together for a high-profile project. But, I can't handle her yelling down the hall for me, just to discuss the benefits of CORE vs. FLEX.
Thanks for any advice.
WEIGH to GO
on the loss but, ewwww, that's a sticky situation. Can you gently tell her that you prefer to keep the WW info to just the meetings? That you're 'maybe' embarrassed to discuss this so publicly, at work?
My SIL is having a similar issue and she feels 'watched' by this person now. It's NOT a good way to do this. Maybe, again gently, suggest to this person that they only discuss ANYthing WW AT the meeting, and not in between?
Sorry I can't help better than this.
I have forgotten to WI (at home) both Mon and Tues mornings.
My dad had hip replacement surgery on Mon, and today when I remembered to WI, I wasn't 'ready' yet, and then, forgot again. LOL So, I'm late checking in this week. Hopefully, I'll remember tomorrow morning, when I'm 'ready'.
Have a Great Week WWs!!

) but I just had to share my WI with you guys since I am so excited!
Even with that, I still would have broken the plateau.)
You Go Girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's to next week!
You'll find a great group of supporters here!
I'm just the resident, boring maintainer.
And you all keep me accountable!
Thank you all!!!
