Haven't been on in a while. But it's nice to see that everyone is doing so well. Congratulations to everyone. I have lost a total of 9.2pounds according to the w.w. scales but when I went to see the doctor I have dropped 16 pounds. Plus I have went from a size of 24-26 to a 18-20. I am just happy something is working for me. For once it's nice to be a loser!!!

daisy2 & UrsulasShadow - Way to go! :cheer2:

I had WI tonight and am happy to report I lost 1.4 lbs.! I did the Wendi plan last week and ate all my activity points. I even went off plan yesterday and ate way more than I should have. Basically, I don't think I've been eating enough.

So, I am going to continue with the Wendi plan, my 15k training schedule and I am going to add that pesky oil this week.

8.8 to goal!!!! :woohoo:

Thanks guys! I am determined NOT to buy another Season Pass!

(but I've been within 10 lbs. of goal since last July... :rolleyes1 )

I was thinking of getting one after my 10 week pass is done...how much do they cost, and how do they work??? Thanks!!!

If memory serves, they cost $149 now. And that would take you from the very end of April through August. It brings the meeting cost down to somewhere in the $8-9 range. Definately worth it!

Oh yeah that would be worth it...I paid $108.00 for a 10 week pass so that averages out to $10.80 per meeting...I think it would def. be worth it for me because I was going to get the 10 week pass again...I will have to ask our leader about it. THANKS!!!!!!!!!

There is no way you could not hear about it - they will start promoting it like crazy in April!

I just weighed in and am down 2.6 of the 3.6 I gained last week - not too bad! It's good to be back on track again! :thumbsup2

Down .4 this week- not surprised because I didn't drink enough water and ate out a few too many times, but any loss is great!! Also, my son's school principal looked stunned and said "You're looking thinner!" It's so nice when people start noticing!

I am hoping to get down to the next pants size by April 1st, I'm almost there!! :sunny:

WOW! Lots of Losers this week! :cheer2:

I am down an additional 2 pounds over the past two weeks so I made my first GOAL 10 LBS by the end of March (12 total)

Goal two is a total of 20 pounds by the family Disney cruise the first week in June. That will also put me over by 10% goal (I think that's around 19 pounds) (I still will be the LARGEST female from my family, but considering that my mom has neither ****s or hips, there are some things I am just going to have to live with... She's a size 4. My hips are not EVER gonna be SIZE 4. As my MD says, "you have great childbearing hips" Gee, Why couldn't I get model hips! :rotfl2: )

I'm down .5 pound this week. But my clothes are fitting better because of all the exercise. I'm heading to WDW on Tuesday and will try to eat out only once a day (I'll be in a studio at SSR so I'll eat breakfast and dinner in the room). Wish me luck! :thumbsup2

Well, I have some good news and some bad news...first the bad news...I didn't make my 10% this week, but that is ok, next week I def. will...now the good news...I lost another 1.6 this week, and I bought a size 16 jeans(was an 18 when I started WW) and now I have to take them back because they are too big!!!! So I have gone down from a 18 to a 14 in 7 weeks!!!

Everyone is doing a great job!!!! Keep up the good work...here's to another losing week!!!!

Lost another 2.6 pounds, for a total of 29 pounds even. :cool1:

Question for you guys - I do a WW at Work program and there's one member who just must talk about WW every time she sees me. Doesn't matter if I'm with a client, or vendor, or co-workers. She stops to ask me what I ate, what I've lost, how many dress sizes I've gone down, if I've bought new clothes. She even followed me in the bathroom to ask how much water I drink a day. How do I get her to stop? I've tried to be polite, but she doesn't seem to get it. I also don't want to be rude, as we're on a working team together for a high-profile project. But, I can't handle her yelling down the hall for me, just to discuss the benefits of CORE vs. FLEX.

Thanks for any advice.
