CarolA - hate to break it to ya - but I am the SLOW loser around here! :teeth: You are doing great! :cheer2: I only wish I could drop almost 10 lbs. in 7 weeks! I have been hanging around 10 lbs. above goal since July! I am doing the Minnie 15k also - needed something to get my butt in gear and lose these last 10 lbs.

Kristi

Krisiti,
Thanks, but remember it always seems to come off faster early on (all that water weight! LOL!)

If you could see the numbers you would really laugh. I have had two weigh ins with 3 lb losses and one with a .2 gain. So that means that on some weeks not much happens at all! (My boyfriend was amazed that we count in tenths, but I am all for it .1 loss is a loss in my book!)

OUCH!!! :rolleyes2 I'm back up 2.5 lbs. tsk, tsk, tsk

Fellow WWs, do NOT follow my example. ;)

Have a great week! :cheer2:

Thought I posted this week but I guess not....

I am only down .2 this week, I was really upset at first because I did ALOT of running and walking last week to train for the Minnie, but it was TOM so I'll chalk it up to that. How has TOM effected everyone else as far as the scale goes, and how much did you lose the following week?? (like more than usual??)

So this week I am hoping to hit my 10% even though that is a 5.2lb loss I need, I am really going to try my hardest and hopefully when I get on the scale on Sat. it will be all worth it!!!

Good Luck to everyone for another weight loss week!!! :thumbsup2

Since I started WW on 2/3/06, DH has lost 9 pounds as well!!! Have anybody elses DH lost with them because of the healthier eating??

Kim-Next week will be better. It could have been multiple things that had you up. Keep going strong and you'll be down next week. :sunny:

disneyfanz04-Don't get upset with the loss you had. If you added more exercise than you had been doing without adding back any food, your body may have held on tighter and gotten stubborn this past week. Yes, TOM causes me to have less of a loss but then I have been averaging 1-2 pds a week other than that one week a month. My DH is following WW along with me, he just isn't going to the meetings. He is counting points along with me as well and has dropped approx. 25 pounds. I am really proud of him. Keep drinking your water and working hard staying OP and you'll be down next week. :cheer2:

I had my WI today and I was down 2.8 for the week. :cool1: I am .2 from hitting the 30 pd mark. :cool1:

Boy, that WI was a great incentive to do well while at Disney next week so that I can get that new clippie in two weeks.

Let's keep going everyone, we're doing it together.

Tammy,

That is so awesome!!! You must be very excited for your next weigh in. Good luck to you while you are on vacation. I am sure we will be seeing a new clippie by the time you get back! Keep up the great work. Yay for you! :cool1:

Maybe the multiple french fries I ate Friday night! :rotfl: Actually, I was never very confident with those recent losses. :confused3 Still below range tho, so I'm ok, for now. ;)

:cheer2: :woohoo: Congrats to you AND your DH!! :thumbsup2  That is FAB-U-LOUS for BOTH of You!!! :yay: WEIGH TO GO!!!

Have a great time at WDW, and claim that clippie in 2 weeks! :thumbsup2 :teeth:

I just had to :rotfl2: reading your post. Below your range is great though. I do plan on being able to change that clippie when we return. We also set my WW goal (not my final but I wanted to stay on the high end for WW :teeth:) and I have 16.2 to get there. Once I meet their goal I still have another 6-10 pounds that I plan on losing.

Hi, fellow WWers! Lost another 3 pounds this week - Got the lecture about losing too quickly, so I have to increase my WPA intake this week. ON an average basis, since the beginning though, I've lost 2.38 a week, so that's not too above the WW recommendation. I've started weight training, so I'm sure that'll slow things down, too.

Will catch up with everyone tonight - when I'm not at work. :teeth:

Good going on your loss this week. Sorry you got a lecture but they only did it for your own good. ;) It doesn't sound like you have been losing much above what they recommend when you average it out. It just may be the way your body is going to do for a while. Have a great week. :cool1:

You WILL make your goal(s) because you KNOW how to do it! :thumbsup2

I myself never got it before now. I would 'diet' and when the weight came off, I'd go right back to doing all things wrong. :sad2: Now I know that this is forever. Sure, occasional over-doings, but not daily or weekly, and day-to-day is just better choices ALL the time. :)

It CAN be done! Really! :cheer2:

You're all a bunch of Lovable LOSERS! :grouphug: Keep up the great work! :cheer2: :woohoo: :yay:

Down 2.4 this week which is HUGE for me!! I am so excited! The best part-- my husband told me I was looking thinner! FINALLY it's starting to show a bit! Won't be long before I drop a pants size! :sunny:

Cherish that Man!! And, Weigh to GO!!! :thumbsup2 Onward and downward!

I lost 75lbs and my husband NEVER said anything voluntarily. :rolleyes2 You're a lucky lady. :goodvibes

Welcome to the WW LOSERS Club! :woohoo: (I just made that up!) :rotfl:

Hello LOSERS!

My WI did not go as planned (yet again!) - I was up .4 lbs. This is so darn frustrating! Our leader gave us a form last week to check off each day for each of the healthy guidelines. I did do most of them since we had this "test." I am bad about the oil though.

So, this week I am back to doing that Wendi plan again. Keep your fingers crossed for me, ok?

I am also still exercising 6 days a week. The weight loss better start kicking in!

Saturday97 - that's awesome! Keep up the good work. The employees at Gymboree were telling me I looked good, lost weight, last night. I am the same weight since last summer - but I'll take it! :teeth:

Kristi

Thanks Tammy, Kim and Kristi! Yes, the man is awesome! He makes WW meals and counts point for me on nights when I am in class. He wouldn't have mentioned that I looked thinner unless I really did, so I know I must be looking different (even though it is hard for me to see)!

That's funny...ours gave us that last week too. I really have a hard time getting in the oil too. I have tried more than once and it really hurts my stomach...I have tried to put it on salads, broccoli, and other veggies, but it KILLS my stomach. Good luck this week. :thumbsup2
