reading your post. Below your range is great though. I do plan on being able to change that clippie when we return. We also set my WW goal (not my final but I wanted to stay on the high end for WW
) and I have 16.2 to get there. Once I meet their goal I still have another 6-10 pounds that I plan on losing.

It doesn't sound like you have been losing much above what they recommend when you average it out. It just may be the way your body is going to do for a while. Have a great week.

My WI did not go as planned (yet again!) - I was up .4 lbs. This is so darn frustrating! Our leader gave us a form last week to check off each day for each of the healthy guidelines. I did do most of them since we had this "test." I am bad about the oil though.
