I was wondering if I could join! I've done WW 3 times in the past and I'm kind of afraid to go back...again. The last time I weighed in at WW (early summer) I weighed in at 168.0lbs...now i weighed myself (on a new WW scale i found at Big Lots!

) this morning and I'm 174.9lbs!!

Reading this thread has given me the boast to actually get serious about losing the weight!
I was apart of another weight lose thread here...but I kept forgetting to weigh-in and i forgot the name of the thread!
So I've started eating healthy today! I had oatmeal for breakfast. Snack was light yogurt*yummy!* and a 90 cal granola bar and just now for lunch i has a Smart Ones raviolli and a small side of salad! And...I havent had a POP yet today!!

Going to actually workout tonight!!! If I can stick to my workouts then i should be able to lose!!
I will weigh myself every wednesday!
P.s. 19 days till i go to WDW and
DCL!!
