I thought I had seen a question on this, but can't find it.

On WW what counts as water?

I know water does, but what about caffeine free, no calorie pop, tea, etc?

If I remember correctly, you can count any drink that is non-carbonated, decaf and has a "0" down the whole back of the label as 1/2 of your water intake for the day.

Close! :)

Anything that is caffeine free, and alcohol free counts toward your water.

So, if you drink milk or juice, that DOES count towards your water.

Just remember that no matter what, 24 of your 48 oz of water MUST be water. Also, if you count milk or juice, COUNT your milk or juice! (meaning count the points)

Caffeine free anything counts as water. (I don't THINK there's caffeine free alcohol, but if there is that's the only exception! :) )

Tea and no calorie pop count as water, as long as they are caffeine free

Dan-

WHAT------- I can't drink my milk and have it be FREE!! Darn it!! J/K!

I've been trying to get more milk and dairy in. Sometimes it's hard just for that fact. Thanks for letting me know I can count my glass of milk towards my water. Darn it all, when I get to 6-7 glasses of water and i drink milk, the thought of one more glass of water makes me sick!! :confused3
