Here is the target point ranges:
Less than 150 pounds, POINTS target = 20
150 - 174 pounds, POINTS target = 22
175 - 199 pounds, POINTS target = 24
200 - 224 pounds, POINTS target = 26
225 - 249 pounds, POINTS target = 28
250 - 274 pounds, POINTS target = 30
275 - 299 pounds, POINTS target = 31
300 - 324 pounds, POINTS target = 32
325 - 349 pounds, POINTS target = 33
More than 350 pounds, POINTS target = 34
Hope this helps. I am sure you are probably thinking how will I make it at 20. Know that as your weight goes down you need less calories. You do need to make each point count, and learn to eat more nutritious.
Also, maybe try seeing how long you can loose weight keeping at your current target point range. I am in the 140's, but I still kept my points target of 22. As long as I loose, I am not going to drop down. I may find at some point I have to, but until then I want to keep my metabolism working hard. If it means It takes me a few more weeks or months to loose, I would rather loose it healthy. I adverage 1-2 pounds most weeks. My vacation in November and the Holidays have me stuck, but the last two weeks I lost (3 pounds and 1.2 pounds).
