Does anyone know how many points in a soft pretzel? I am at work and I don't have my book handy and I am trying to budget my points for the rest of the day. TIA

It depends on the size. I have some soft pretzels in the freezer that are 7 POINTS for one. I did not realize they were 7 POINTS for the whole thing. It gives NI for 1/2 of the pretzel, I then realized it after I bought a big box at Sam's.
