WW in WDW?

How do you stay on track in WDW? Where are the best/healthiest places to eat? Veggies, fruit, chicken, turkey etc.. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Here is what worked for me. I had a small breakfast, typically, bagel, fresh fruit . We then ate our large meal at lunch time, with just a snack at dinner. That way, I was able to walk off the larger meal during the day at WDW. I don't believe that I gained any weight on that trip.
