WW book?

Can you buy the Weight Watchers book at a book store like Barnes and Noble or do you have to sign up through Weight Watchers? I really just want to know how many points I can have per day and how many points different foods have. Thanks for any help!!

I don't believe that material is available at the regular book stores. You can try eBay because I have seen them for sale over there.
