Unfortunately, you need a license to drive, but anyone can have a baby.

At least it sounds like his grandparents have stepped up & are taking good care of him. I hope they end up with custody of the poor child.

Awful!! What kind of people abuse their child, drop off the child to the hospital and go on a vacation?! These people are children themselves. I pray that baby recovers and is given to someone who can properly take care of him.
