How late do the WS restaurants remain open on NYE?Thanks.

We ate at Teppanyaki on NYE in 2002-3 and they were seating at least until 11pm. Last year we ate at Brown Derby in MGM and when we called at 90 days for ps we were told we had our choice upto 11:15pm. (make sure you call at 90 days! they will take a CC# because it is a holiday)
