Well since I've now been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes waiting, I figured I might as well ask you guys. I called last week and got my reservation at CSR with the Disney Visa discount, but now that I look at the discounts again, I think the CM I spoke with got the room category wrong. She confirmed back to me that I was being booked for a Preferred room with king bed, but now that I look on my reservation page, only king bed comes up under room type and the prices match the ones that I can see discounted on the website for just a king bed, not the preferred room. Am I right that she booked us in the wrong room? I don't want to wait on hold for forever just to find out it was booked right and they just list preferred king rooms as king rooms on the reservation page.
