Wrong room category booked?

Well since I've now been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes waiting, I figured I might as well ask you guys. I called last week and got my reservation at CSR with the Disney Visa discount, but now that I look at the discounts again, I think the CM I spoke with got the room category wrong. She confirmed back to me that I was being booked for a Preferred room with king bed, but now that I look on my reservation page, only king bed comes up under room type and the prices match the ones that I can see discounted on the website for just a king bed, not the preferred room. Am I right that she booked us in the wrong room? I don't want to wait on hold for forever just to find out it was booked right and they just list preferred king rooms as king rooms on the reservation page.
 
Now it's been an hour and 45 minutes. Is this typical today or should I hang up and call back?
 
The first day promos come out the phone lines are pretty busy.
 

My question would be, did you see preferred rooms on line in addition to the king rooms as a separate bookable category? Maybe they don't have both combined as a booking category, or maybe one has to be a request if you are booking they other room type, like if you book king, preferred has to be by request and vice versa.

I don't think it would hurt to call though and make sure it's the way you want it. It may take a while to get through today and tomorrow since the GP discounts came out.

These are the room categories and price differentials on the S/P/D booking site.. sample dates I used were January 4 to 10. Rates vary by season etc.. etc yadda yadda disclaimer... void in Yukon etc.

See that's the problem. I looked it up and there was a separate price category for preferred king rooms when I looked at booking online... I'm back on old, but since they close in five minutes I'm not sure what will happen to me.

Yeah .. that post was completely wrrong.. I posted the corrected info above.

It's not something to worry too much about.. there seems to be ample room in each category for most date ranges.. There is what appears to be about a 10$ per night price differential over what you have booked.. plus tax.
