Wrong resort showing up MDE

My travel agent was able to grab a free dining package at our choice resort. Initially we had a package for Coronado that we booked months ago but she changed that to POP at our request. She sent us the confirmation from Disney which clearly shows POP as our resort, however MDE is still showing Coronado.

Confirmation # is the same between both reservations.

Does it typically take time before the change is reflected?

Yes! this just happened to me last month. I did end up calling before it got changed. I don't know if calling is what got the change or not, but it took several days for my MDE to be correct and I was sweating it!

It happened to a friend of mine, too! She switched from CSR to CBR last night, she got an e-mail confirmation showing the change but it didn't update in MDE until this morning.

I changed my package and it is still showing up wrong in MDE and it has been WEEKS. The one that is showing up is nearly $1000 more than what I currently have booked. I called and they confirmed that my reservations are correct, but it still bugs me.

It happened to me too last year. We were originally booked at CR but got a better package deal at GF so we made the switch. It still showed CR I think a week afterwards so I called and then they fixed something in the computer and made it better, lol. I still had the same Confirmation number and everything...maybe thats why the computer system was confused

Was able to get free dining but had to change my room category (same resort). My confirmation email showed the new room category but it took until the following day for my MDE account to reflect the change.
