Wrong Number of Points Advertised

Just out of curiosity how often do you check your future reservations?

I seem to check them monthly and then almost weekly during the last month or so. But then I get a little parinoid since I had major issues after my last transfer.

I use Caskbill's point tracker program and with it I have caught the MS mistakes. I do need to mention that we own several resorts, have a bunch of contracts and north of 1500 points so we are an active user. This increases our exposure to MS issues and have learned to keep it simple.

We don't waitlist, book at 11 months, book online when possible, and never transfer points.

I review our pending reservations when we add new ones and again at 30 and 7 days before check in.

I received verification today that the holding points were placed back into the 2015 UY, so we continue moving forward. We will sign the revised contract and continue waiting for ROFR. I was told this should not cause a delay.

We shall see.

Gosh, I wasn't as worried about my last contract passing ROFR. I'm worried about this one even more now because some of the 2014 points that were borrowed from 2015 were put back in 2015, so now it has a full compliment of 2015 points. The contract was listed as 2014-102, 2015-152, 2016-200. Now it's 2014-54, 2015-200, 2016-200. I had negotiated such that the seller paid the 2015 MF, with a contract price of $78/point. December UY. Thoughts?
