Wrong dates on our Magical Express tics! HELP!

Hi, we are new to this whole DW package thing. We just got our first envelope in the mail today only to find that the dates are wrong on the ME tics. We did 2 days of room only then our package starts on Jan. 1. Our ME tics say Jan. 1. Is this a huge deal or do I just call cust. service and get them changed?

Yes, it's a huge deal -- but one that can easily be corrected with a phone call.

Disney's Magical Express (DME) is tied to your room reservations, not to your flight reservations. So, with two separate, consecutive room reservations, you should have two separate, one-way DME reservations. An inbound, one-way DMW reservation would be for your 2-night, room-only reservation. An outbound, one-way DME reservation should be for your package.

Call Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at 866-599-0951 with both reservation numbers (room-only and package).

If you call right away, there should be no problem receiving a new DME packet for your 2-night, room-only reservation.
