wrong code??

I called yesterday and was told that we had one of the discounts attached to our name. The first CM told us that we had the discount and gave us a quote. When we called back, we changed hotels and the price seemed high. When I figured everything out this morning, our discount was only 15%. Were there two discounts?

Did you get a package? The 40% off would be off your room rate only, not dining or park tickets.

The same thing happened to us! I called several times, and was told no, they couldn't do it, then got a CM to say we could, so I wanted to speak to dh about it. Then when we called back we were only given a 12% discount. I guess it's better than nothing, but 40% would have been better! It was frustrating.

There IS a code for 15% off that is for certain dates.. for values.. and up to 25% off for selected deluxes.

What was your original resort and what did you switch to?

And then there was the 40% off code.

Sounds like maybe you got the 15% off code.

Remember -- these are off the room only portion of any packages you buy. The tickets and dining and whatever else you add on is full price.

Our original quote was at the Coranado and then we switched to a cabin.
