So I'm having an early ceremony at the Wedding Pavilion at 10:00 AM and was wondering how you guys that got married there decorated it. Feel free to share pics! Did any of you do an aisle runner? If so, what size was it?

I only had my unity arrangement on the alter, as I think the WP is beautiful as it is. This was then moved to our dinner table. This also helped to cut costs. But we did only have a small number of guests so I also didn't want to overpower them with flowers.

We had an arrangement for the altar (also used it for our sweetheart table) and then had some pew flowers on the first two rows (where everyone sat).

I thought about an aisle runner, but in the end I'm glad I didn't bother with it.

I'm a sucker for flowers so we put an arrangement ever third seat
they doubled for our centerpieces at the reception as well

I do love the look of the isle runner and the mound of petals
but both ended up being cut from our budget

I have not gotten married yet but Im planning on an isle runner and rose petals down the sides (this is depending on costs of course) I also want rose petals scattered on the table with our sand ceremony jars. That is all the decorations that I plan on having.

Lots of couples do sand ceremonies in the WP. :)

Disney's aisle runners range from $75 for a basic white paper runner to $1,500 for a customized fabric runner. At the Wedding Pavilion, which has a longer aisle than most outdoor ceremony sites, simple fabric runners start at $240.

Many people end up ordering their own customized aisle runners at places like www.originalrunners.com.

We did the sand ceremony, and we had an aisle runner.
We brought our own from home, and saved some $$$.

Here's the altar table

We also had pew markers every other pew about half way back..
Here's the only pic I could find...

They are basically unity ceremonies. There is a unity candle and two taper candles. Typically the mothers or someone from the families light the taper candles. The bride and groom each take a taper candle and light the unity candle together. A sand ceremony is similiar only sand is poured from one container to a larger container. Typicaly there are two different colors sand that are poured together. If you google sand ceremony it will probably show you some pics.

Who set up the decorations on the pews and all ?

For the people that brought their own decorations to the Pavillion, how did it work to set it up? As in, how early could you get in to do it, and did Disney set it up, or did a family member do it?

While we were getting ready My dad and BIL walked the topiaries and programs over to the pavilion. There were four other weddings the day we got married, so we had about an hour before to bring stuff over.

When we got down to Disney (two days before the wedding) I met my planner at Francks and he took everything else from us and kept it in storage.
His assistant placed out the flowers and sand on the altars and the pew flowers.

my sister was also over there before everyone else for a sound check so she doubled checked everything. i think they had the altar wrong, and she fixed it. So it's a good idea to have someone over there helping.

they pinned the aisle runner up front and my brother rolled it out during the ceremony.

We had a very simple set up!

As for the actual length of the runner I have no idea. I bought it at Hobby Lobby for $15. It was just the plain white regular length one.
I'll check for you next time I go!
