I'm on hold right now for Bradley International Inn at BDL..
This lady answered the phone- and says
"Bradley International Inn, your caller #2, can you hold please?"
I say sure, and she put me on hold.
Sooooooo much nicer than the automated systems you usually get!
ohh- now it's ringing...
hmmmm she answered "i'll be with you as soon as I can would you like to continue to hold?"..
