You will love SSR and congrats on that very nice upgrade!

Try to have dinner at Turf Club some evening, its a great restaurant and I think one of the best kept secrets for Disney dining.

If you can, check out the quiet pool in the Congress Park section one evening. The view of DTD across the river is so beautiful at night!

Make sure you take the kids over to Community Hall, they have all sorts of games, ping pong, etc (and some activities that are fum, some are free some have a small fee) and that you make time for the main pool where the lifeguards frequently play games with the kids in the afteroon. They also show movies at the main pool a few nights a week. You'll get an information sheet with a schedule of all events when you check in. You can also rent DVD's at the gift shop, its free for members, not sure about cash guests. But your one bedroom will have a DVD player in the living room.

Have fun, this will be an excellent opportunity for you to see if DVC is right for your family!

yay! writing a complaint letter really helps.
we stayed at POFQ in january and the housekeeping was TERRIBLE (dirty towels from previous guest left in our room, no soap, cleaner left in our room, ect.) so, we wrote and letter and now we are getting a free one night stay at any moderate .. i was happy with that!
