Wow...New Sound for Jonas Brothers!

My girls have been "forcing" me to listen to clips of the new JB album. (Yeah, it's "torture" LOL!) I've always been a fan (even back to the It's About Time cd), but I have to say that I just LOVE this new sound. It's much more grown up now...more rocky, edgier, even a little country flare on one. I it and now really can't wait until August to see them for the third time. And yes...just so everyone knows, I AM the adult, and at 45 I do think they are pretty adorable boys. (I call them hotties but it just drives my girls nuts when I do!)

I have seen their video to "Paranoid" on DisneyXD between Phineas and Ferb episodes. I didn't hate it. Shades of U2. But that's as much exposure as I have had to them.

"Paranoid" is the least "new sounding" of the entire list, actually. I was impressed by how much they appear to have grown artistically. The girls are counting down the days until we can go get the new CD. Then, that will be ALL I hear until August!

I really liked "Burnin Up" from their last album. Great pop song. And they are cute boys. We are going to see them in Charlotte August 21. My girls went last year to see them with a friend. I was so frustrated because we went to WDW in April last year and the whole time we were planning and counting down to our trip, the girls could only talk about seeing the JoBros in July.
I'm the mom, I'm not supposed to be the one most excited about a Disney trip! LOL
