The incident in question in Lily's Signature refers to Riser and his "scammed" green flips. I have it on Sparky's word that Lily did NOT give Riser back his green flips in VMK, hence her signature.

I would not lie about something as grave as scamming.

Maybe if this type of thing is upsetting to those at VMK they will maybe decide to do something about it. Even if it means making most or all rare items buyable or available from a quest at some point. Something needs to be done about all the scamming and meanness going on in VMK, and if that is the event that finally makes something happen then good. These incidents of scamming and being really mean need to stop, not be getting more noticable and worse.
