FYI - (maybe it's old news) but the new Disneyworld website is amazing..... much easier to navigate and see the resorts and compare rates. Very nice.....:D

Wow! That is better. It'll take me some time to find my way around. But, so far, I like what I see.

That just went since yesterday! Thanks for the tip-off. Check-out the Resorts area -- I just started looking at the OKW virtual tour, etc. and I wanna go home!!! Now, I've got to go look at all my "other homes". They've got all kinds of stuff happening on the site from videos of guest's comments to individual pages of info for restaurants, etc.

yes, it looks great, i was there yesterday and i thought this looks different, :earseek: but i really like it, dd thinks its a new website, she plays the games on it, and dd loves it.:sunny:

It appears that Disney has noticed more and more people going to broadband. The mini-videos are terrific. :wizard:

The new website looks great. Thanks for letting us know.

::yes::

Thanks so much for the info. I'll have to check it out. But it sounds wonderful!!!

It keeps telling me I need to upgrade my browser!! I am up to date!! Mac OS X using Safari!!

Arg!!

Now that is a redesign. I wonder if they have any money left over to work on DVC's site!!

Lisa, I read a discussion in another thread that there is some sort of problem with the site and Safari. It was a thread with several computer professionals and they were going to contact Disney and let them know the problem. Hopefully, it will work for you real soon.

Great site - DS#1 thought it was really neat to see a lot of the rides on video etc.

Not to be a whiner - the one thing I liked that you cannot seem to do is see all the parks hours for a month in one screen

thanks

I think that with the technology they have they could do a virtual tour of the different type of rooms at each resort. You could click on accomidations and they would let you choose the different types and do a virtual tour. This is not extremely difficult since many hotels already offer it. Most of the Vegas hotels and all the Four Seasons/Ritz hotels do.

They also took out the room layout pictures. I may have missed them but I looked for 1/2 hour without luck

Thanks
Judy
