Wow, CP Ressies Sure Go Fast!!

I called yesterday and got a CP dining package reservation for Dec. 22 at Nine Dragons. Well DD told DW that she would rather eat at Garden Grill instead. So I just called to see if we could switch and Garden Grill is already completely booked up for Dec. 22, 23 and 24. Wow, I would have never thought it would have gotten booked up in just one day. Before long WDW is going to become so busy they are going to have to institute some type of lottery for dining reservations (much less resort reservations) . The fuel crisis sure doesn't seem to be effecting WDW tourism.

I called yesterday around 11 am eastern and the Le Cellier CP packages were already sold out for Dec 9th....

I tried today and couldn't get either Le Cellier or Tutto Italia for any of the shows on 12/24. Got a regular ADR at Tutto Italia so we can wait in the "stand by" line for CP and hope we get a seat! If we don't, we'll just stand in the back!

Christmas week packages will sell out immediately and I'm sure there is nothing left by now but that doesn't mean anyone should give up. There are always cancellations.

Yesterday, I forgot they started accepting CP package ADR's and I called at around 1pm when I finally remembered and they still had Le Cellier packages for Sat, Dec. 6th and Sat, Dec. 13th and that week in between. It was very surprising to me and to the CM on the phone! I would have thought Le Cellier would be sold out within 30 minutes of the reservations center opening.
