I was surprised by this. I bought a package and when i was counting the points today, i couldnt believe that they were 0 points? I guess from all the fiber.:sunny:

I mostly lurk over at Dotti's Weight Loss Zone, and I believe WW doesn't count any bread type products as zero points, because the calories still count.

On WW 4 grams of fiber is as high as you are supposed to go no matter home much fiber a product has in it. I'm guessing if you do this the points will increase to at least one point per serving.

It is very possible that one of these tortillas is zero points- I haven't tried the Mission brand, but some of the La Tortilla products work out to 0 points.

But be very careful- If you have only one, the fiber can bring it down to zero. But if you have more than one, add all the calories, fat and fiber together *before* you figure your points. While 1 may round to 0 points, 2 could total 2 points!

For instance, a regular La Tortilla tortilla contains:
50 calories
2 g Fat
8 g Fiber

That calculates to ZERO points.

But two of them are:
100 calories
4 g fat
8 g Fiber

And that's TWO points.

Most zero point foods do have calories, but a small enough amount that they are less than 1/2 a point per serving, and you can count a serving of them as zero since less than half rounds down to zero. But they can add up, and you're only cheating yourself if you indulge in *many* servings and don't count the points!
