I agree with Radio Nate. I think it stems from something they're lacking. No, they don't meet up with someone and accidentally fall into bed with them. Of course they're responsible for their actions. Explaining something is not the same thing as excusing it.

I know of a couple of marriages that have broken up as a result of hooking up with old bf/gf, but the fact is FB just made it easier to connect, it certainly didn't cause the affairs.

I've had guys I went to HS with "friend" me only to never hear a word from them after they see my "married" status. LOL.

It is on the downlo, I just know about it. Well I guess that means its not totally downlo, but people trust me in real life.

Wow never knew how many married women were so eager and anxious to cheat on their husbands until I got on Facebook.

I honestly did not imagine that so many old GFs, that are almost all married, and post about how perfect their lives are, and their husbands are etc., are ready willing and able to lead the double life.

You're *saying* that getting on FB and seeing what they are up to is what has surprised you.

But you're also saying that on FB they praise their husbands and say their lives are perfect.

And it's actually in "real" life that they tell you the truth.

So...the surprise of FB is that the women, who are unhappy in their relationships, are willing to pretend it's all hunky dory.
