WOW! 4-Night Disney Cruise on the Magic!

Just looking through my new DCL Book and saw that for Janurary 4, 2005 to get back on schedule aftre the 10 night cruise the Disney MAGIC will be sailing on a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas! AWESOME!!! hah I just had to let everyone know!

I know it did a LOOONG time ago.... before the Wonder! So thats why this is special.... personally I love a break in a routine! Thank Goodness Disney is shaking some stuff up!! HAHA

Wow...I wonder if the rest of the gang here realizes that the 2005 dates have been published? They aren't on the official DCL website yet...I just checked. I wonder if you call and try to book them if they'll take those dates yet.

Anyone have insight on this?

No Prob! Theres nothing better than helping someone out! BTW, go to the Official Disney Cruise Website and fill out a form to get you a "Brochure" its actually more like a Booklet and it goes from 2003-2005 and includes dates up until April.... mentions GOLDEN MICKEYS (can't wait to see it in 12 count 'em 12 days!) and all the changes on the deck plans for the MAGIC after dry dock! Its really informative! I'm thinkin about stopping by the TA to pick up an extra to make all of my notes in! haha... I bet I have every cruise book for DCL and every cruise you can think of!

They're mailing out the new brochures now?? Great, gonna go order one now...I have the old one and the dates only go up to April 2004.

I just ordered one online about 2 months ago and it only went to April 2004! I'm going to go fill out the form to get an updated one right now!

Where did you get that DCL rate book? I just got off the phone with DCL & tried to book on the 4-nt Magic that you mentioned and the woman said that they don't have any 2005 rates out except for the Wonder on 1/2/05 AND the Magic will NOT be doing a 4-nt. She said it sails out on 12/28/04 for a 7-day & wouldn't be around to do it.

Help!!!!

I believe DisneyCruiseCrazy89 ordered the book through disneycruise.com.

Yes! I did order it through Disneycruise.com its free and really infromative. (P.S. Theres also a video, it's free too!) BTW Dclwdwlover... I'm not sure why she would say that! You should get the book and see fro yourself! I know you can't find quotes fro it right now... most websites that can give you quotes for a disney cruise right in front of you w/o calling does not have any dates for 2005 plugged in yet! But once they do I will let you know! Bye!

I did go right away to the website & ordered the book last night, but of course it'll be weeks before it gets here. Anyway, my TA & DCL both said there are NO dates for 2005 out yet (with the exception of 1/2/05 on the Wonder). I'm confused. And, I want to make reserv., but I can't.

I just spoke w/DCL who, at first didn't have a clue what I was talking about & confirmed that they do NOT have prices for 2005, BUT, she also took the time to look @ the 'new book' she 'just got' & it DID have the 4-nt. for the Magic listed in 2005! She said prices are not yet out but should be shortly. She asked me how anyone got it already & I told her their website. She was surprised & very helpful. She said once prices are released it can be booked. Thanks very much DCC89.

I had read in another post that DCL was going to rotate the ships between the 7 nights and the 3 and 4 nights due to wear and tear. They tell me that's why no 2005 prices there might be more 10 day being that the Christmas 2004 is so successful. They would have to throw in a 10 day to get the port schedule back on. If you look closely I'll bet those 4 nighters are either just before or just after a "prime holiday or week" such as Easter, Spring Break etc.. Just my opinion.

The rates go through the end of April 2005 and theres is only one 4-night and that is Janurary 4,2005 and it will sail on Tuesday... that will put the Magic back on its regulay Saturday depart schedule for the 7 nighters!

I don't know yet if we can do the Janurary 4-night on the Magic but I really hope so!
