Wow! $.34 in 2 hours!

I filled up today for $2.55/gallon. Two hours later, I drove past the same gas station, and the gas was $2.89! I knew it was going to affect gas prices (the prices had been around $2.35 the day before yesterday), but that surprised me.

Also, this particular gas station had previously lessened the difference between the different grades of gas. When gas was cheap, they were always $.10 apart. This gas station had made them $.04-.07 apart lately, but they're back to $.10 apart now.

This morning it was $2.58 at the station closest to me. DH called this afternoon and said it was now $2.99.
